Find out what other young people think and feel about the use of children in armed conflicts.

Background
Find a safe, Internet-based discussion areas that allow students to exchange their views, share ideas for action projects, and network. One such site is:

UNICEF's Voices of Youth
This site has bulletin board-style discussion areas on a number of issues relating to children's rights. Discussion areas include "Children and War" and "Taking Action." Students can communicate directly with children from war-affected countries through the bulletin boards. There is also a Rights Referendum, where young people can vote on rights priorities in their countries.

Take Action
Join an online community. Find out what other young people are thinking and doing about this issue. Share your thoughts and plans with them.
